Products

  • We sell packaged snack items.

  • Product details, pricing, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.

  • All payments are securely processed by Razorpay.

  • We do not store your payment card, UPI, or banking details.

Shipping

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary (generally 3–7 business days) depending on your location.

Order Cancellation Policy

At Capiko, we value your satisfaction and strive to make your shopping experience smooth and transparent. Please read our order cancellation policy carefully:

1. Order Cancellations by Customer

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order has been shipped, whichever is earlier.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible.

To cancel an order, please contact our support team at [email / phone number] with your order number.

2. Refund on Cancellation

If the cancellation request is received and approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For prepaid orders that are shipped but returned due to cancellation, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

3. Order Cancellations by Us

We may need to cancel an order in the following cases:

Out of Stock: Sometimes, items may run out of stock immediately after an order is placed, even though they appeared as available. This can happen due to simultaneous orders from multiple customers or stock discrepancies.

Product Unavailability or Discontinuation

Payment Issues or Verification Failure

Incorrect Pricing or Product Information

Suspected Fraudulent Activity

In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

4. Non-Cancellable Orders

Certain products may be marked as “Non-Cancellable” or “Final Sale” at the time of purchase. These cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services or events beyond our control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala.
