  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Returns & Refunds

As our products are perishable packaged snacks, we follow a no-return and no-refund policy once the order has been delivered.
Exceptions apply only in the following cases:

  • If you receive a product that is damaged or tampered with.

  • If the product is found to be expired or nearing expiry at the time of delivery.

When reaching out, kindly share:

  • Your order ID

  • A photo of the product and packaging showing the issue

We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method via Razorpay within 7–10 business days.
